CURE is proud to announce that:

Gary Robinson, Reynaldo Reaser, Shonda Robinson and Renee Reaser graduated on September 18^th from the Maximum Force Enterprises

After an intensive 16 week training course they are now certified as Professional Community Intervention Specialists.

UPAC Prayer Breakfast for Peace -

On Saturday June 30, 2007 there was a Prayer Breakfast for Peace. In attendance were representatives from C.U.R.E., United Peace Officers Against Crime, Honor Drama Ensemble, and Pastor Boreal who was the guest speaker. The meeting was an astounding success. The purpose of the Prayer Breakfast was to create dialogue among gang factions who have been at odds for decades. In attendance were the following gang factions and each had a spokesmen or leader present:
- Raymond Avenue Crips
- Inglewood Family
- Shot Gun Crips
- Payback Crips
- Athens Park Bloods
- Compton Pirus
- Rolling 20�s
- Crenshaw Mafia Black �P� Stone
- Compton Crips Nutty Block
- Mona Park Crips
The Prayer Breakfast was held without incident there were sworn enemies in the room who for decades caused great pain and suffering throughout Los Angeles County.
